THE INSTALLER GAVE US GOOD ADVICE. WE ARE USING THIS IN A SECOND HOME AND IT WAS TOTALLY WASTEFUL TO HEAT UP A TANK OF WATER EVERY TIME WE USED THIS HOMW.

Only problem I have is that you have to run the water a couple of minutes before the hot water comes out.
I ordered the product online because the 1st installer I contacted quoted a very high price. The installer ordered the parts, however.
