Tankless water heaters are the future but cost can be prohibitive to many home owners

My mother, God bless her, wanted one of these units many, many years ago. She was quite ahead of her time, and knew a lot about tankless water heaters.

Now that I have a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater I am impressed with it's space saving design and ease of owner operation. Also the fact that it didn't take long to install.

Rinnai exceeds my expectations with this technilogy. I have experinced tankless water heaters while visiting family in Germany.

The only issue is that is does take a minute or two to start getting warm/ hot water, but after the initial start up, so far, it seems to work good.

On question #11, I purchased Rinnai because it was the only tankless water heater available through RS Andrews.
